Main office located conveniently on the third floor atrium of Hillcrest Hospital in suite 320.  We also have an office at Lake West Hospital 36060 Euclid Ave. Suite 107 in Willoughby, OH for our Lake and Geauga County patients.  We perform most surgeries at Hillcrest or LakeWest Hospital.
